Did you guys know that I sometimes cook and eat things that don’t end up on the blog?
Crazy, right!? Sometimes it’s hard to imagine that I even find the time.
I’m very passionate about both cooking and eating (especially eating), so I try to make time to feed myself properly throughout the week.
Every weekend, I like to sit down and plan out what I’m going to make for the week, both for the blog, and just for myself. Then, I put together a grocery list, hit the store, and if I’m feeling particularly precocious (and not too hungover from Saturday night), I’ll also prep as much as I can ahead of time by tackling tasks like chopping veggies and pressure cooking beans.
For all of you who, like me, get a bizarre thrill from planning ahead, this new meal plan series is for YOU!
