Guys, this is going to be a CRAZY week for me!
I’m flying out to Beijing tomorrow and I won’t be back until next week. I’m not really planning on cooking much while I’m gone, but I still thought it would be fun to inspire you to get in the kitchen and experiment with something new!
The theme of this week’s meal plan is: “I’m in China, so make these recipes while I’m gone and tell me how you like them.”
I can be such a brat sometimes, I know.
I even put together a handy itinerary for you, inclusive of fitting these recipes into your week.

Mondays totally suck, so make yourself some of these 4-ingredient cookies. I REALLY need to know how they turn out – cookies without flour?! Please. Help me.
Start the day with a strong breakfast game – I’m thinking this Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl. Let the rest of the day take you where it will.
Dinner: I’m thinking nachos from a food truck.
Thirsty Thursday: Make this easy granita while you wait for your friends to meet you at your place.
Dinner: Date Night. Kitchen is CLOSED! (But don’t forget to soak the chia seeds for tomorrow morning’s breakfast)
Make your sweetie (or your bestie) a Grapefruit Habanero Margarita to get the night started off right.
Breakfast: Chia Seed Pudding
Lunch: Go do something fun. It’s Saturday!
Dinner: Irish Stout Mason Jar Pot Pies
Dessert: Don’t worry, this fruit salad has booze on it.
Breakfast: Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
Lunch and Dinner: Order pizza and Netflix some X-Files re-runs. Do one load of laundry.
