Elevate your cocktail night with this Dirty Martini recipe. Vermouth, vodka, and olive brine come together to make a salty and savory drink you will love.
Place a martini glass in the freezer for several minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
Add the vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice.
Shake for 15–30 seconds, until thoroughly chilled. For a smoother and clearer cocktail, stir the ingredients with ice for about 30 seconds instead.
Discard the ice from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail into the chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a skewer of green olives, and serve immediately. Pour into your favorite chilled cocktail glass with a skewer of olives, serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can store any leftovers of this Dirty Martini in an airtight container in your fridge for 2- 3 days. For the best flavor, keep any olives you plan on adding as garnish in their own container until ready to serve.
