Place the matcha powder and sugar, along with 1 tablespoon of hot water, in a mason jar or cocktail shaker.* Use a small whisk or spoon to combine the ingredients until they are dissolved.
Pour the milk into the container, followed by the ice. Secure the lid and shake the mixture until it becomes well-combined and frothy.
Transfer the matcha mixture to a serving glass, or enjoy straight from the mason jar.

*You can also make this in a regular glass, although shaking the drink makes it nice and frothy!Iced Matcha Latte is best enjoyed fresh, but if you need to store it, keep it refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
