Soft fruit, warm butter, and golden drizzle come together in Grilled Peaches with Honey, a delicious summer dessert rich with vanilla and like something off a backyard grill.
Heat a grill pan over medium-low heat. Add butter and let it melt, making sure it is evenly coated. Grill cut-side down until grill marks appear and the peaches are warmed through (about 5–7 minutes).
Meanwhile, mix melted butter and honey in a small bowl until combined.
Add the vanilla bean caviar and stir. Drizzle the vanilla-honey over the peaches and serve warm.
Notes
Grilled peaches are best served fresh, but if you have leftovers, let them cool completely before storing. Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.To freeze, place the grilled peaches flat on a tray until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag. They’ll stay good for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before serving or reheating. When reheating, warm gently in a nonstick pan or microwave for 20–30 seconds. The texture may soften after freezing, but the flavor still holds up.
