Nothing says summer quite like a glass of this Raspberry Sangria. With blush wine, a splash of lemon, and fresh raspberries, it's my favorite way to unwind.
Combine the wine, Limoncello, lemons, and raspberries in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until cold.
When ready to serve, top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir. Enjoy!

To store Raspberry Blush Sangria, keep it in the fridge in a tightly sealed pitcher for up to 2-3 days. If you plan to store it longer, avoid adding sparkling water until just before serving.I wouldn’t recommend freezing it, as it might mess with the texture and flavor. If it loses its fizz, you can add a splash of fresh sparkling water before serving to refresh the drink.
