It is officially Sangria season!

After suffering through the past four days of atrocious weather here (hail storms in June, really!?), the sun has come out and I am ready for the porch-sitting, sangria-sipping days of summer.

I’m ready to enjoy a moment in the sun with a tall glass of this Raspberry Lemonade Sangria recipe.

Isn’t it pretty? When I made this I was in a really girly mood. I’m not usually a “pink” type of gal, so I surprised myself by making what I thought was a highly feminine drink.

I was proven wrong when I took a batch of this over to a dinner party and it was swiftly consumed by the husband and his manly friends.

  1. How can you not love a beautiful summer cocktail, especially one so simple. I’m a huge fan of combining sweet fruit with tart citrus. Looks lovely–wish I could have a glass right now.
