This easy Raspberry Martini recipe is a bright and elegant cocktail that everyone will enjoy. Fresh raspberries added into a pot with sugar and water to create a sweet and flavorful simple syrup. Then the syrup is cooled and combined with strong vodka, and tangy lemon juice to create a delicious fruity drink.

Raspberry Simple Syrup – A sweet syrup made from fresh raspberries, sugar, and water to give that classic raspberry flavor.

How to Make A Raspberry Martini

Step #1: In a pot over medium-high heat add the raspberries, sugar and water.

Step #2: Bring the pot to a boil then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step #3: Strain the raspberry syrup through a fine mesh sieve (do not push down on the raspberries this will make the syrup cloudy). Set aside to cool.

Step #4: Once cooled, in a cocktail shaker over ice pour in vodka, raspberry simple syrup and lemon juice.

Step #5: Shake for 30 seconds.

Step #6: Pour into your favorite martini glass and enjoy!

FAQs

Do I have to use vodka in this raspberry martini?

No. If you prefer a different liquor like gin you can substitute that for the vodka.

How can I garnish this raspberry martini?

I recommend using a toothpick or wooden skewer and placing fresh raspberries on them to set either inside or at the top of a martini glass.
