Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 ingredient banana bread.

Brown Sugar – Adds sweetness into the loaf. You can use dark brown sugar or light brown sugar.

Ripe Bananas – The more ripe your bananas are the sweeter they are for your loaf. Even your brown bananas or bananas with brown spots because they give the best flavor!

Eggs – The binding agent in this 4-ingredient banana bread.

Self-Rising Flour – This is used instead of all-purpose flour because it already has baking powder and salt mixed into it. Its all the dry ingredients you need in one neat package.
