Turmeric rice in a large pot.

Turmeric Rice is an easy and flavorful side dish that brings beautiful golden color and subtle warmth to the dinner table. Made with simple ingredients like rice, turmeric, onion, and broth, it cooks up light, fluffy, and full of savory flavor.

I love pairing this turmeric rice recipe with chicken, salmon, or any protein you prefer. Some I would recommend would be my Indian Red Lentil Dal, Honey Mustard Salmon, and Pepper Chicken.
