Step #1: Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice.

Step #2: Pour the vodka, sour apple schnapps, apple juice, and lemon juice into the cocktail shaker.

Step #3: Cover and shake vigorously for about 20–30 seconds, or until well chilled.

Step #4: Strain the Appletini into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin slice of apple, if desired, and serve immediately.

    I love appletinis, but many use a sweet and sour mix, which I don’t like. This one is better with real apple juice and the taste is spot on!
