  1. My husband has baker’s asthma so we are phasing out gluten. Can you make this with gluten free flour and if so, what type(s) are best when making bread?

    1. Hi Stefanie, I haven’t tried this recipe with this flour, but here is a highly rated gluten-free flour for yeast breads: Judee’s All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix – you can find it from Amazon here: https://amzn.to/3zqmW2H
      It has sugar and salt in it, so you probably want to leave out the salt in this recipe and perhaps cut the honey in half. It is expensive, but it has all the bindings in it to replace the gluten in regular flour. Let us know how it turns out.
