Pear martini with pear slices on the side.

A pear martini is a smooth and elegant cocktail that highlights the sweet, delicate flavor of ripe pears. Made vodka, pear juice, and balanced with a hint of simple syrup and lemon, it has a crisp, refreshing taste that isn’t overly sweet.

I love pears because they are so delicate and have a subtle sweetness. For more pear recipes you have to check out my Spiced Pear and Pistachio Bread and Pear and Vanilla Dutch Baby.

  • Unlike other pear martinis, this recipe uses simple ingredients that are easy to find so there’s no need to purchase pear vodka or elderflower liqueur.

FAQs

Can I use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh lemon juice?

Yes. I recommend using fresh lemon juice because it has a better overall flavor but you can also use bottled lemon juice.

How can I garnish my Pear Martini?

I like to add a few pear slices to add in more of that pear flavor. You could also garnish with a lemon rind or fresh thyme as well.

Storage Information

You can store leftovers of this pear martini in your fridge for 1-2 days. It is not recommended to store this cocktail in your freezer because the pear juice can separate.
